How We Bring Your Merch to Life at Relentless

At Relentless, every t-shirt, hoodie, and patch has a story of how it came into existence. It's a full-on creative ride from the first idea to the final package, and we're here to explain the process.

From Start…

Every design starts with a spark; our Design Team takes that spark and runs with it. Clients can come to the table with an existing design or a general idea for them to execute. They'll make their adjustments and go back and forth with you, using a Pantone match system to make sure every color is correct in your design.

Once everyone’s stoked with the visual and the art gets approved, it's time to get technical. Our Production Team will take your design and break it down for the screen printing or embroidery process. This means separating the colors for what's known as the "sim process" for screen printing, vectorizing for embroidery, or adjusting the presses for precision printing. If you're ordering customized promotional products like writing utensils or drinkware, we'll get those ready to be heat pressed. Along with testing and getting the precise color mix, this process takes some time.

At this time your sales rep will also determine if your needs are best suited for a pre-order website, which we will create for you through Order My Gear at no additional cost.
This will give people a simple and attractive place to buy your merch, all of which can be shipped or picked up and handed out by you.

To Choosing Apparel and Setting Deadlines…

We're picky about what goes under the press because comfort, fit, and feel matter. Whether it's a classic break tee or a cozy hoodie, we make sure the blanks (unbranded garments) are solid. No one wants a sick print on a stiff, scratchy shirt; so our Sales Team meets regularly with vendors to give you recommendations on merchandise that’s both popular and high quality.

Once the materials are locked in, we line up the sizes and colors and get ready to roll. Your order will then be added to the production schedule to ensure we meet your deadline.

To Printing and Embroidering…

This is the time when our shop lights up. For screen printing, we load up the screens and lay down the ink layer by layer through our sim process. For embroidery, our crew goes to work threading every detail with precision.

It's a mix of hands-on skills and high-tech tools, with every garment that comes off the line being checked by several pairs of human eyes. We're diligent when it comes to quality control and will toss out misprints to ensure we have a full, clean batch ready.

To Bagging and Delivering…

Once everything's made, it's time for the final flourishes. This is the point at which we can add custom neck tags, get the items sorted and folded, and bag items for shipping. Wherever they're heading, we make sure it's safe, snug, and secure. Pickup at our office is also available for local clients.

You’ll receive your order around 15 business days after the order is paid (goods are generally ordered and paid at the same time.) On the rare occasion there’s a mix-up or issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Your rep will step in right away to sort out the problem and get you new gear fast. We also store information about the process of making your order to make it even more efficient for next time.

…To Finish

At Relentless Merchandise, we don’t just slap ink on shirts and call it a day. We take the time to create merch that tells your story. Whether you’re a small business ordering a few dozen shirts or a large company needing a full merch line, we’ve got you covered. Hit us up when you’ve got a creative idea that needs to come to life.
